• How long will it take to receive my order?
Our product is delivered using specifically chosen carriers who handle our product with the care and attention that it requires.
We try hard to have items in-stock and ready to ship. Most in-stock items can ship within a few days of order receipt from our Chicago IL. warehouse. After you shipment has left our dock, transit times usually are less that 6 working days, although, transit times will vary depending on the distance from our warehouse to your door. A typical shipment is sent on a skid, shrink wrapped and banded.

Typically hardware only with shipping included (via U.S. Priority Mail) is $25.00. We accept VISA or Master Card. (We cannot guarantee that we will have hardware for discontinued models)
• What is the best way to clean my Mondi furniture?
Wood is best cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild soap solution and avoid excess moisture.
• CRIB Warranty
The manufacturer warrants that all hardware,
joints, bolts and mechanical devices shall be
free of any defects and will be repaired or
replaced at mondi's descretion, free of charge, for 15 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser, excludes any misuse or abuse and does not include the finish or paint covering and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. This warranty is valid for original purchaser only and is non-transferable and is valid for new products only, and does not cover any used, second-hand, or demo models. |
